Week 18 – 5 Habits That Will Change Your Life

These 5 habits that I am about to share with you. Will change your life if make them your new habits which you do on a daily basis.

3 Gratitude’s

Write down 3 things you are grateful for each day.

Keep a Journal

Keep a journal were you write a couple of sentences of something good which has happen to you that day.


Do some sort of exercise each day.


Mediate each for at least 15 minutes. You can start off with just doing 16 seconds and building up.

Random Acts of Kindness

Give kindness and observe kindness in others too.

    Shawn’s video is one of my favorites—the 5 habits really will change your life and I love the stories he shares about his little sister Amy, the unicorn. 🙂

    The 2nd video was so incredible! Thank you for sharing it! I really liked the transformations that Pavi shared in the video, and which she illustrated beautifully with her stories: 1) Moving from consumption to contribution taps into the joy of purpose; 2) when you move from transaction to trust you build a web of resilience; 3) when you move from isolation to community you tap into the power of synergy; and 4) when you move from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance you discover radically new possibilities.
